We are looking for an experienced Marine Superintendent to oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our Cape-size bulk carrier fleet. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in bulk carrier operations, preferably with hands-on experience managing Cape-size vessels from a shore-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure vessels comply with all statutory, class, and company safety regulations (ISM/ISPS/MLC).

• Monitor and support daily vessel operations, providing guidance to Masters and Chief Engineers.

• Conduct ship visits, inspections, and audits to ensure operational excellence.

• Manage voyage planning, port operations, and cargo handling procedures.

• Investigate incidents/accidents and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with various departments for crewing, technical, and commercial requirements.

• Prepare and manage operational budgets for assigned vessels.

• Provide training, mentoring, and operational guidance to onboard officers.

Requirements:

• COC as Master Mariner with prior sailing experience on bulk carriers (preferably Cape-size).

• 2–5 years of experience as Marine Superintendent managing bulk carriers.

• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and industry best practices.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel for vessel visits and inspections.
