We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Superintendent to join our shore-based operations team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commanding Oil/Chemical Tankers and experience in shore-based vessel management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of assigned tankers in line with company standards and international regulations (ISM/ISPS/MLC, MARPOL, SOLAS).

• Provide operational guidance and support to vessel Masters and onboard teams.

• Conduct vessel inspections, port visits, and internal audits to ensure compliance and high performance.

• Monitor voyage performance, cargo operations, and safety procedures.

• Investigate incidents and accidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

• Liaise with technical, crewing, and commercial departments for smooth vessel operations.

• Assist in crew training and familiarization programs for safety and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Valid Master Mariner CoC with prior sailing experience on Oil and/or Chemical Tankers.

• Minimum 1 year of shore-based experience as Marine Superintendent.

• Strong understanding of tanker operations, safety management systems, and international maritime regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel for vessel visits and inspections.
