We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Marine Superintendent to oversee and ensure compliance with the company’s Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management systems for our tanker fleet. The ideal candidate will be a Master Mariner with strong tanker operations experience and an in-depth understanding of maritime safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, monitor, and improve HSEQ systems in compliance with ISM, ISPS, MLC, MARPOL, and SOLAS requirements.

• Conduct vessel inspections, internal audits, and risk assessments to maintain high safety and operational standards.

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, recommending corrective and preventive measures.

• Promote a strong safety culture onboard through training and awareness programs.

• Ensure environmental compliance and pollution prevention measures are in place.

• Liaise with flag states, classification societies, and other regulatory bodies on HSEQ matters.

• Prepare reports and documentation for management review.

Requirements:

• Valid Master Mariner CoC with sailing experience on tankers (Oil/Chemical/Product).

• 1–3 years of shore-based experience in an HSEQ or Marine Superintendent role.

• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and industry standards.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

• Ability to travel for vessel visits and inspections.
