We are seeking an experienced Marine Superintendent to oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant operations of our Chemical Tanker fleet. The ideal candidate will be a Master Mariner with hands-on sailing experience on chemical tankers and a strong understanding of shore-based fleet management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day operations of assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with ISM, ISPS, MARPOL, SOLAS, and other international regulations.

• Provide operational support and guidance to vessel Masters and onboard officers.

• Conduct vessel inspections, port visits, and safety audits to maintain operational excellence.

• Investigate incidents and accidents, recommending preventive and corrective measures.

• Coordinate with technical, crewing, and commercial departments to ensure smooth vessel operations.

• Oversee cargo handling procedures, ensuring compliance with chemical tanker operational safety standards.

• Prepare operational budgets and performance reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Valid Master Mariner CoC with sailing experience on Chemical Tankers.

• 2–3 years of shore-based experience as Marine Superintendent managing chemical tankers.

• Strong knowledge of chemical cargo operations, safety management systems, and international maritime regulations.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel for vessel visits and inspections.
