Job Title: Technical Superintendent (Offshore Vessels)
Location: Mumbai
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years as Technical Superintendent with Offshore vessel experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical operations for assigned offshore vessels (AHTS, PSV, DP vessels, etc.) ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient performance.

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and dry-docking activities within budget.

• Monitor vessel machinery performance, fuel consumption, and operational parameters.

• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to shipboard engineers.

• Ensure compliance with ISM Code, ISPS Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, Class, and Flag State requirements.

• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and classification societies for inspections and certifications.

• Prepare technical reports, budget forecasts, and maintenance documentation.

• Liaise with crewing department to ensure competent technical staff onboard.

Qualifications & Skills:

• COC Class 1 (Motor) – Chief Engineer (preferred) or relevant marine engineering qualification.

• Minimum 1–2 years of shore-based experience as Technical Superintendent with Offshore vessel background.

• Strong understanding of offshore vessel operations, DP systems, and maintenance practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple vessels.
