Job Title: Operations Manager (Offshore Vessels)
Location: Mumbai
Experience Required: 4–5 years in Offshore vessel operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational management of assigned offshore vessels (AHTS, PSV, DP vessels, etc.) ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance.

• Plan and coordinate vessel schedules, charters, crew changes, and logistical support.

• Monitor vessel performance, operational costs, and fuel efficiency.

• Liaise with clients, charterers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure compliance with ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, Flag State, and Class requirements.

• Coordinate with technical, crewing, and commercial teams for seamless operations.

• Handle incident reporting, risk assessments, and emergency response procedures.

• Prepare and review operational budgets, voyage reports, and KPI tracking.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master Mariner or Chief Engineer COC preferred, with relevant offshore vessel operational experience.

• Minimum 4–5 years in offshore shipping operations.

• Strong knowledge of offshore vessel types, DP operations, and chartering processes.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and shipping management systems.
