Job Title: Sourcing / Recruitment Manager (Tanker Vessels)
Location: Mumbai
Experience Required: 10–13 years in sourcing/recruitment of officers for Tanker vessels

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for officers on Tanker vessels (Oil, Chemical, and Gas).

• Develop and maintain a strong network of qualified seafarers through direct sourcing, databases, and industry contacts.

• Liaise with manning agents, maritime academies, and industry networks to source suitable candidates.

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure compliance with company standards and STCW requirements.

• Plan and coordinate joining schedules in alignment with vessel operational needs.

• Ensure timely crew deployment, documentation, and compliance with flag state and company requirements.

• Maintain and update recruitment records, databases, and KPIs.

• Manage a recruitment team and ensure targets are met within timelines and budgets.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and talent availability.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / Maritime qualification with strong knowledge of Tanker vessel operations and crew requirements.

• Proven 10–13 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment for Tanker officers.

• Strong industry network and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment management software.
