Job Title: Sourcing / Recruitment Manager (Tanker Vessels)
Location: Mumbai
Experience Required: 10–13 years in sourcing/recruitment of officers for Tanker vessels
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for officers on Tanker vessels (Oil, Chemical, and Gas).
Develop and maintain a strong network of qualified seafarers through direct sourcing, databases, and industry contacts.
Liaise with manning agents, maritime academies, and industry networks to source suitable candidates.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure compliance with company standards and STCW requirements.
Plan and coordinate joining schedules in alignment with vessel operational needs.
Ensure timely crew deployment, documentation, and compliance with flag state and company requirements.
Maintain and update recruitment records, databases, and KPIs.
Manage a recruitment team and ensure targets are met within timelines and budgets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and talent availability.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Maritime qualification with strong knowledge of Tanker vessel operations and crew requirements.
Proven 10–13 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment for Tanker officers.
Strong industry network and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment management software.
