Job Title: Technical Superintendent (Bulk Carriers)
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years as Technical Superintendent
Qualification: 1–2 years sailing experience as Chief Engineer on Bulk Carriers

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day technical operations of assigned Bulk Carrier vessels.

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and dry-docking activities.

• Monitor vessel performance, machinery condition, and fuel efficiency.

• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to shipboard engineers.

• Ensure compliance with ISM Code, MARPOL, SOLAS, and other regulatory requirements.

• Liaise with classification societies, flag states, vendors, and service providers for inspections and certifications.

• Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and budget forecasts.

• Support crewing department in selecting and training engineering officers and crew.

Qualifications & Skills:

• COC Class 1 (Motor) – Chief Engineer with Bulk Carrier background.

• Minimum 2 years shore-based experience as Technical Superintendent.

• Strong understanding of Bulk Carrier operations and maintenance practices.

• Good knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety standards.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
