Requirement for HR Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: HR Executive (Cruise Ships / Main Fleet)
Location: Mumbai
Experience Required: 1–2 years in HR Operations for Cruise Ships or Main Fleet

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations for seafarers, including recruitment coordination, documentation, and joining formalities.

  • Maintain and update crew records, databases, and HR files.

  • Coordinate with manning agents, maritime institutes, and training centers for crew sourcing.

  • Ensure compliance with STCW, MLC, and other regulatory requirements for crew management.

  • Prepare crew contracts, offer letters, and relevant HR documentation.

  • Assist in crew travel arrangements, medicals, and visa processing.

  • Support onboarding, induction, and performance tracking of crew members.

  • Liaise with internal departments for smooth operational requirements related to crew.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in HR/Business Administration or related field.

  • 1–2 years’ experience in HR Operations within the maritime industry (Cruise Ships/Main Fleet).

  • Good understanding of seafarer documentation and maritime regulations.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
