Job Title: HR Executive (Cruise Ships / Main Fleet)
Location: Mumbai
Experience Required: 1–2 years in HR Operations for Cruise Ships or Main Fleet
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR operations for seafarers, including recruitment coordination, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain and update crew records, databases, and HR files.
Coordinate with manning agents, maritime institutes, and training centers for crew sourcing.
Ensure compliance with STCW, MLC, and other regulatory requirements for crew management.
Prepare crew contracts, offer letters, and relevant HR documentation.
Assist in crew travel arrangements, medicals, and visa processing.
Support onboarding, induction, and performance tracking of crew members.
Liaise with internal departments for smooth operational requirements related to crew.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in HR/Business Administration or related field.
1–2 years’ experience in HR Operations within the maritime industry (Cruise Ships/Main Fleet).
Good understanding of seafarer documentation and maritime regulations.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
