Operation Manager Offshore
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experience Required:

Minimum 8–10 years in Offshore Operations, preferably with exposure to DP vessels, AHTS, PSV, or other offshore fleet.

Strong background in managing day-to-day offshore activities, vessel operations, and crew coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the safe and efficient operations of offshore vessels.

Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, company SMS, and HSE standards.

Liaise with clients, port authorities, and regulatory bodies for smooth vessel operations.

Manage crew change planning, certifications, and training requirements.

Monitor vessel performance, maintenance schedules, and ensure cost-effective operations.

Support dry-docking, repairs, and audits/inspections as required.

Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

Coordinate with Technical and Crewing departments for effective fleet management.
