Requirement for Chartering Manager - (Dry bulk/break bulk/project cargo Chartering)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chartering Manager to join our team and handle Dry Bulk, Break Bulk, and Project Cargo chartering activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with ship owners, charterers, and brokers, negotiating charter party terms, and ensuring smooth execution of fixtures.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in Dry Bulk / Break Bulk / Project Cargo markets.

Handle spot and time chartering activities, including pre-fixture, fixture, and post-fixture operations.

Negotiate charter party agreements with owners, operators, and clients to secure competitive terms.

Maintain a strong database of cargo clients and vessel owners/operators.

Conduct regular market research, analyze freight trends, and provide strategic insights.

Ensure smooth communication and coordination with operations, technical, and commercial teams.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with global clients and stakeholders.

Prepare and present regular chartering reports to management.
